Personal data processing statement

Gamanet a.s., head office at Zátišie 12, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, Corporate ID: 35 917 881 (Hereinafter „Company“) is processing your personal data only based on legal conditions, in accordance to the Regulation[1]. 

Security of processed personal data

Your personal data will be safely retained, in accordance with the security policy of the operator and the moderator, and only for the necessary period of time, required for fulfillment of the purpose of processing. Access to your personal data will be exclusive only for authorized persons delegated by the operator (Company) for processing of personal data, who process them based on the instructions of the operator, in accordance to the security policy of the operator. Your personal data are backed up, in accordance to the retention rules of the Company. Your personal data will be completely erased from the backup storage facility as soon, as it will be in accordance with the policy of backing up. Personal data stored in the backup storage facility serve for the prevention of security incidents, especially prevention of disturbtion of data access as a result of security incident. The company is obligated to secure the backup of data in accordance with the security requirements of Regulation and Law on personal data protection.

Why are we processing your personal data and how do we collect them

In accordance with the Regulation, Company as the operator, process your personal data within a scope and with conditions laid down in special regulations, based on legal conditions, listed in the article 6 of the Regulation. We do not process any sensitive personal data.

It is a legitimate interest of the Company to process the personal data of employees of our clients, which are necessary to ensure that the client (partner) is contacted for the purposes of fulfilling and executing contractual relationships, or possibly for purposes of fulfilling and executing of other form of commercial or legal relationship. Your personal data can be provided to a third party as a part of securing a technical support and care.

Your rights according to the Regulation and Law on protection of personal data

Right of access

You have a right to be provided with copies of your personal data, which we available about you, as well as you have a right to obtain information about how we are using your personal data.

In the most cases, your personal data will be provided to you via writing form, if you do not require another option to obtain them. If you requested the personal data to be provided to you via electronic means, these shall be provided to you in electronic form, as soon as it will be technically available.

Right to rectification

We are taking measures to secure accuracy, integrity and actuality of information, which we have available about you. If you believe, that data which we possess are inaccurate, incomplete or expired, please do not hesitate to request us to modify this information, actualize or renew them.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request us to erase your personal data, for example, in a case, when your personal data, which we collected about you, are no longer necessary for the purpose of our original goal. However, your right must be reviewed from the perspective of all relevant circumstances. For example, we might have certain legal and regulation duties, which means, that we will not be able to accept your request.

Right to restriction of processing

In a certain circumstances, you are authorized to request us to stop using your personal data. This situation might arise when, for example, you think that your personal data which we collected about you could be inaccurate or if you think that we do not need to use your personal data anymore.

Right to data portability

In a certain circumstances, you have the right to request us to transfer your personal data, which you provided us of, to other third party according to your choice. Personal data, which are matters of right to data portability are only those, which we acquired from you based on your consent or a contract, of which you are one of the contract parties.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of data, that is based on our legitimate rightful interests. If we do not have a valid legitimate reason for processing of data and you fill an objection, we will not process your personal data further on.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

If you want to fill a complaint about the way your personal data are collected, including the exercise of the above mentioned rights, you can turn to Company directly. All your suggestions and complaints will be properly reviewed.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, or you believe, that your personal data are being processed unjust or illegally, you can fill a complaint on the supervisory body, which is Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
